Research Project Question
Over 50,000 women showed up in Washington D.C. to protest against nuclear testing, the largest women led protest in the 20th century, so my question is, what historical/social/economical issues/breakthroughs during the time of the end of World War II and the Cold War led to the mass grouping of women in 1961?
